What is Into Her Body?

Into Her Body is an 8-week small group coaching program for women in perimenopause and menopause who are done fighting their bodies and ready to finally come home to them.

We start with what you know — your body. Strength training built specifically for where you are hormonally right now. Nutrition that nourishes instead of punishes. Breathwork and movement practices that reconnect you to yourself from the inside out.

And then we go deeper. Into the patterns that have been running on autopilot. Into the thoughts that are creating your experience. Into the identity that this chapter of life is asking you to step into.

This is not a quick fix. This is a recalibration. One that changes how you feel in your body, how you move through your life, and who you know yourself to be.

Your guide

Hi, I'm Daniela.

I'm a fitness and wellness coach with over 20 years in the industry, a CHEK-certified holistic lifestyle coach, and a spiritual life coach. My husband and I ran our own gym for 15 years, until COVID changed everything. Since then, I've been doing the exact work I now teach — rebuilding my strength, my energy, and my relationship with my own body through perimenopause.

I'm 48, and I'm living this transition right alongside you. Into Her Body is everything I wish someone had handed me when this all started — the training, the nutrition, the breathwork, and the deeper inner work, all in one place.

I'm not coaching from the outside looking in. I'm in it. And I'd love to walk this next stretch of the road with you.
